These Terms govern the use of optipathiar.com owned by Optipathiar Analytics S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company incorporated in 2024, with Tax ID OAN240315BA1 and tax domicile in Mexico City.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site, you declare having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
3. Intellectual property
All content (texts, images, trademarks, source code) is the exclusive property of Optipathiar Analytics S.A. de C.V. or is duly licensed. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without express authorization.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
